Did you forget to return your rental device?

Our team is available at the Registration desk until 11 AM on 3/29. Otherwise, please mail your scanners to the below address within 10 business days to avoid being charged. Once your scanners are received we will confirm all leads are uploaded and email your POC to let them know the device has been received.

I have placed my order, when will I receive my information regarding my activations or login information?

You will receive an email with the instructions on how to log into the Validar platform to retrieve your leads on March 20th at 5 PM Pacific or after depending on order date. There will be a second email with the instructions on how to set up your activations on March 20th around 5 PM Pacific or after depending on order date. You will likely not receive information regarding your order other than your invoice prior to this date. Please review the below information and reach out if you still have questions.
