I have placed an order for licenses, when will I receive my information regarding my activations or login information?

You will received an email with the instructions on how to set up your activations on May 3rd.

Where do I go to pick up/return my devices? How do I access my licenses?

If your team ordered a physical device:

Did you order a vCapture Pro with a rental iTouch or iPad or a vCapture Quick?

Pick Up Times:

The lead retrieval desk will be located on Level 3, Hall F1 in Solutions Expo, on the left-hand side below the venue café.

May 9th: 11 AM - 7:30 PM

May 10th: 7:30 AM- 6:30 PM

Any devices not returned will be billed.

If your team ordered licenses for personal devices:

Did you order a vCapture Pro 1st activation or License Only x3?

You should have received your second email with the instructions on how to set up your devices on May 3rd or after depending on order date.

Download the Validar vCapture app to your mobile device by searching for vCapture in the Play Store or App Store depending on your device, the icon looks like this:
