Where do I go to return my devices?
Did you order a vCapture Pro with a rental iPod Touch or a vCapture Quick?
Pick Up Times:
The location of the Lead Retrieval Desk has moved!!
Devices will be available for pick up from the Lead Retrieval desk, located at the back of the Exhibit Hall in Pinyon starting at 8:00 AM on Sunday, March 19th.
Lead Retrieval Desk Hours:
Sunday, March 19th: 8 AM - 6 PM
Monday, March 20th: 8 AM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday, March 21st: 8 AM - 7:00 PM
If you miss our return window at the Lead Retrieval Desk, please bring your scanners to Registration between 7 AM and 11 AM on Wednesday, March 22nd.
Any devices not returned by 11 AM on March 22nd will be billed.
